Five Defining Questions.

  • Origin—Where did we come from?
  • Identity—Who are we?
  • Meaning—Why are we here?
  • Morality—How should we live?
  • Destiny—Where are we going?

What we accept as the answers to these questions shapes everything. This project is an invitation to pause and reflect.

Below is an introduction to the five questions, and a space to explore each one in more depth.

1 - Origin

Where did we come from?

Everything that exists traces back to one of two sources: impersonal forces or personal intention. How we answer this question forms the foundation for how we view everything else. If we are a cosmic accident, human dignity is merely a social construct. But if we are intended, human value is inherent and absolute. Explore the logical and scientific evidence pointing to an intelligent author and consider where your view of origin ultimately leads.

2 - Identity

Who are we?

Is our value determined by our productivity, wealth, and status, or is it woven into our very nature? Modern culture demands we constantly prove our worth by what we achieve. But if we are truly made in the image of a Creator, our identity is received rather than earned. Consider whether you are merely the sum of your professional outputs or something vastly more significant.

3 - Meaning

Why are we here?

We spend our lives building careers and seeking comfort, yet often find ourselves wondering if any of it actually matters. If the universe is an accident, we must invent our own subjective meaning to cope with the void. But if we are designed with intention, we do not invent our purpose; we discover it. Explore what actually gives human life its significance and whether your worldview answers why you are really here.

4 - Morality

How should we live?

In a complex and divided world, how do we determine what is right and wrong? If morality is merely a negotiated social contract, then justice is just a matter of preference and power. Yet our innate outrage at injustice suggests that moral laws are discovered rather than invented. Explore the foundation of our ethical framework and ask whether human goodness requires a true and unchanging absolute standard.

5 - Destiny

Where are we going?

Every human life eventually reaches the same biological conclusion. Are we simply marching toward extinction, hoping only to leave behind a fleeting legacy? Or is this life a prelude to something permanent? What we believe about the end fundamentally alters how we live in the present. Reflect on the ultimate trajectory of human existence, and consider whether our longing for eternity points to a reality beyond the grave.
